It started as a site for our own internal use but has now evolved into something else - quite what I am not sure.
I am not a qualified "expert" in property but I have spent 50 years in the property market and have carried out hundreds of transactions using my own money in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Florida, Georgia, Alabama and California.
Transaction value have ranged from £80 (eighty pounds) for four houses up to £10m plus. The types of property have ranged through houses, flats, land, factories, warehouses, offices, supermarkets, roadside retail, posters, car parks, pubs, shops ... and just about anything you can think of. And the mystery buyer here was me.
So what you are getting here is the benefit of a lifetime of experience. I am still out there making money because a true entrepreneur would rather do deals in the rain than sit in a fancy bar overlooking the Mediterranean.
I have done my best but some of it may be misleading or plain wrong. Please let me know if you see something that needs correction.
